ISLAND PREP K-8 SCHOOL APPLICATION PROCESS
The school application process is very easy and can all be completed online using the form provided, following the brief explanation of the rough timeline of application and acceptance for enrollment below.
- Schedule a tour! Call or schedule here.
- Submit a $175 school application fee per student and complete the online application.**
- Our admissions staff will contact you to meet with administration.
- Submit copies of the most recent standardized test results, attendance record, report card, birth certificate, health and immunization form.
- If accepted, reserve your spot by returning the enrollment contract and forms with a deposit within 7 calendar days.
**If applying for Kindergarten in 2024, please contact our school office at 904-547-2996 before submitting the application and fee. Kindergarten spots are very limited and often filled a year prior to start date.

NEW STUDENT SCHOOL APPLICATIONS
Once accepted:
$500-750 (for multiple students) deposit due with Enrollment Contract within 7 days of acceptance. (OR PAYMENT IN FULL, if applicable)

Submit immunization record and health form or (if requested) updated forms (Florida Forms DH 680 – Blue Card & DH 3040 – Gold Form) Fees due per schedule
